Mobile Video Conference Solution

We have access to a mobile video conference solution that can be used in any of the meeting rooms.

It consists of a Polycom HDX8000 video conferencing solution (including a remote, a pivoting camera and a microphone) and a big monitor, all mounted on a movable frame.
